Today the Treasury released the annual overview of federal finances. Once again, we were unable to conclude whether that financial information is reliable due to many of the same deficiencies we’ve found in past years, such as the government’s inability to account for transactions between agencies. Cruise Terminal 16 is officially under construction. The Galveston Wharves hosted a groundbreaking ceremony this morning to celebrate construction of the $151 million cruise terminal.
