Kirin Ichiban stands out by using only first press 100% malt wort in their brewing process. This results in a beer with a crisp, refreshing flavour upfront and a wonderfully smooth finish. Unlike other breweries that may incorporate second press wort, which tends to lend a bitter taste, Kirin is the only beer in the world that uses the first press (Ichiban Shibori) method. During the
