U.S. President Donald Trump on Tuesday met for a second time in two days with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to discuss Gaza as Trump's Middle East envoy said Israel and Hamas were closing their differences on a ceasefire deal.

The United Nations, human rights groups and some scholars have condemned the idea of removing people from their homeland in the Gaza Strip.

President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu are expected to meet again on Tuesday evening to discuss a possible ceasefire deal that would bring an end to the war between Israel and Hamas in Gaza.
