The defendant was granted a two-year court diversionary program Monday after substitute charges were presented in his case.

DANBURY, CT (WFSB) - A suspect was arrested for shooting a man in the neck and crashing into a police cruiser in Danbury Friday evening. Police identified the suspect as 47-year-old Tyrone Tallman.
