On Tuesday, Chicago Cubs fans and team employees visited Ryne Sandberg’s statue on monument row in Gallagher Way to pay their respects to the late Hall of Famer.

Hall of Fame Chicago Cubs slugger and second baseman Ryne Sandberg has died, following a battle with prostate cancer.

Shawon Dunston and Andre Dawson were devastated after realizing Sandberg was saying goodbye to them. They are devastated still.
