The second day of Prime Day exceeds expectations, with Amazon overnight making adjustments that have added yet more discounts on some of the most popular tech products. Among the best deals, the Apple AirPods Pro 2 have hit a new all-time low, dropping to just $149 for Prime members (or anyone signed up for the free 30-day trial).

Prime Day deals on the latest Apple tech are few and far between, so we were pleasantly surprised to see the recently launched iPhone 16e discounted by more than £100 in the annual sale. Apple's “budget” handset has just crashed to its lowest-ever price of £494.

The key to finding great savings on phones during Prime Day is to not necessarily restrict yourself to searching Amazon's sales. Don't get me wrong — Amazon will offer a number of notable discounts on phones, particularly Android devices. And in many cases, those phones will be unlocked so you can take them to the wireless provider of your choice.
