The bill passed in a narrow 218–214 vote, and despite vocal criticism from within the Texas GOP delegation, all 25 Texas Republican representatives—and both senators—voted in favor.

President Trump and Republicans in Congress are celebrating this holiday weekend after both the House and Senate passed what they call the "One Big Beautiful Bill." The President signed the legislation into law at the White House Friday.
