Texas singer and songwriter Robert Earl Keen has announced the lineup for his upcoming flood relief benefit concert on Aug. 28.

Buc-ee's and Keen on Wednesday announced the "Applause for the Cause" fundraiser concert, Aug. 28, at Whitewater Amphitheater in New Braunfels.

Over 130 people have died after heavy rain pounded Kerr County, Texas, early Friday, leading to "catastrophic" flooding, the sheriff said.

The region of Texas that suffered tremendous loss last week because of heavy rain and flooding is once again in danger of taking in more water. On Sunday morning, the National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for the epicenter of the catastrophic Independence Day flooding event.
